An Industrial Engineering graduate from UC Chile and alumnus of UC Berkeley's Startup Program, where he co-founded Melay. His innovative spirit was forged in the development trenches. As a Generative AI Engineer at NeuralWorks, he built assistants that navigated corporate data mazes. He learned that true complexity isn't in the algorithm, but in making it work in the chaos of the real world. As the technical architect of Vambe Mercur, he transformed an ambitious vision into a platform that now manages critical operations for over 1,000 companies. His arrival as co-founder was the turning point: he converted promising prototypes into robust products that scale without breaking. Under his technical leadership, the platform maintains 99.9% uptime while processing millions of monthly interactions.

Coloro was the first to believe. When Vambe was just three founders and an ambitious prototype, he saw what we could build together. As our Employee #1 and founding member of the Vambe X, his arrival marked the moment we transformed from an idea into an execution machine.

Today he leads our technology as VP, but his impact goes far beyond code. Under his technical leadership, we scaled from 10 to 1,000+ customers while maintaining the same development velocity we had on day one. His obsession with solving real customer problems, not just Jira tickets, has been fundamental to our platform processing millions of conversations without losing the human touch.

His engineering spirit was forged at UC Chile, where he graduated top 37 among 900 engineers, and refined at ETH Zürich, one of the world's premier technical universities. But what truly defines him isn't his credentials—it's his unique ability to translate the craziest dreams into architectures that actually work. When someone says "this is impossible," Coloro is already sketching the solution on a napkin.

What makes Coloro special is his unique combination of technical brilliance and epic charisma. He's the kind of leader who can explain distributed architectures in the morning and bake the team's best birthday cake in the afternoon. Panda almost didn't join Vambe. When Diego first told him about the project, he mentioned collections and completely lost his attention. Fresh out of a factoring company, the last thing he wanted was more of the same. But months later, a second call changed everything. Diego had a completely different, revolutionary idea. He didn't understand much over the phone, but seeing someone so brilliant so motivated was enough to convince him to meet.

The meeting was on a Sunday in Mati's dining room—no fancy offices, just a family table converted into operations center. At that moment, he knew he wanted to be part of the team. Seeing such intelligent people, passionate and determined to crush it no matter what, was irresistible. He started working that Wednesday. That day, he says, Vambe doubled its valuation. He knew big things were coming.

As VX Member #2 and current Tech Lead, Panda has been fundamental in democratizing AI. His most emblematic project is Prompt Blocks: before them, creating AI agents was practically impossible for non-technical users. Even the team struggled. Today, any company can build complex flows by dragging blocks. It's the perfect manifestation of Vambe's core pillar: bringing artificial intelligence closer to people.

Graduated top 4 among 905 engineers from UC Chile, with time at UCL London. His experience at Fingo and Go-ex taught him not just to solve tickets, but to build from the ground up. But what truly distinguishes him is his unique combination: he can translate abstract ideas into projects with clear requirements, then explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users.

Panda established, along with the initial group, the hard work culture that defines Vambe. "We knew we weren't going anywhere if we didn't bust our asses for what we were doing." That intensity, combined with his generalist vision—understanding both code and business metrics—makes him the perfect bridge between technology and real impact.

"I'm here because Vambe allows me to generate real impact. It gives me the tools to think big, innovate, and exploit my creativity planning and bringing to life projects that will have a direct impact on thousands of companies. It's not just about writing code; it's about changing how Latin American businesses operate."

Cristóbal joined Vambe at the perfect moment: when we needed to transform hypergrowth into sustainable growth. His arrival in April 2025 marked a turning point in our operational maturity. As he puts it: "In a fast-growing company like Vambe, having someone who ensures the house is in order is no small thing."

The story began with a meeting with Nico, his friend from university. Vambe had already surpassed $1M in ARR and raised capital successfully, but what convinced him weren't the numbers. "What really motivated me was the partners' vision, their way of thinking, their level of ambition and how all-in they are to make Vambe something huge. Companies are people, and these were the people I wanted to learn from."

As our financial and operational architect, Cristóbal brings a unique combination: an engineer's mindset with hardcore investment banking experience. Three years at Credicorp Capital and Altis gave him the discipline and rigor he now applies to keep Vambe financially healthy while we grow aggressively. He's the only one on the team with intensive finance experience, and his obsession with order is legendary—so much so that he installed a virtual machine just to use native Excel.

What impressed him most upon arrival was the execution speed. He watched a 50-person team execute a complete rebrand and launch new products in record time. "They always say small companies can move fast, but Vambe isn't small. And yet, we moved faster than ever."

His philosophy is simple but powerful: do the work in the best possible way, regardless of who it's for. Always clear, organized, and focused on solving, not getting frustrated. This attitude permeates everything he does, from cash flow projections to mentoring the young team—his door is always open, whether to teach about tax returns or give investment advice.

"I'm here to help Vambe grow quickly, solidly, and financially healthy. My focus is on translating numbers into concrete decisions: how much to invest month by month in product, marketing, and growth. But I also seek to leave a mark on the culture. The idea is for all of us to grow, not just as a team, but as people."

If we had to define Pablo in one word, it would be impossible. That's why at our annual awards we crowned him "Master of All Trades" ("Maestro Chaquilla" in Chile)– the most honest title we could give someone who has literally done EVERYTHING at Vambe. From designing our brand (that beautiful logo) to coding growth experiments, from make strategy to choosing offices. As he says: "I do whatever's necessary." And it turns out that's exactly what we needed when Camhi saw something special in him at that first meeting.

Pablo arrived when we were just an idea in Mati's dining room, no real office, fresh off pivoting from collections. His arrival as The Vambe #5 marked the beginning of our visual, strategic, and symbolic transformation. In less than a year, he was instrumental in scaling from $2K to $1M ARR in 8 months.

What makes Pablo unique is his chameleon-like ability to be exactly what Vambe needs at any moment. He redesigned the entire product when he arrived, including the Prompt Blocks with Panda, make campaigns that positioned us as AI leaders. And yes, he also customized the offices by hand, literally climbing up Mati's dad's ladder to install the vinyls, making sure to create a space where everyone wanted to be.

The team calls him an "undercover engineer" – someone who comes from advertising but with the mindset of an obsessive builder. When something doesn't exist, Pablo builds it (and brands it in the process). He's the one who coined our motto "AI for All, Growth for All," capturing in words what was pure fog in April, 2024. He shaped what we are and represent today, the culture of "no task is too small if it moves the needle."

He continues amplifying what it means to be a Vamber: someone who refuses to accept the status quo. Because while others wait for the perfect role or exact job description, Pablo is already building the future.

"If someone asks me what exactly I do, the honest answer is 'whatever it takes.' And it turns out that's exactly what I always wanted to do."

Alejandro is a specialist at being a generalist. From martial arts to diving with sharks, his life has been constant training in adaptation and overcoming limits. This philosophy –that everything is in the mind and limits are optional– is exactly what he brought to Vambe when we needed it most.

He arrived in June 2024, as the Vambe X #7, when Vambe has 30 customers. What seemed impossible to many –reaching $1M ARR before year's end– was exactly the kind of challenge that motivated him. "We're not here to be just another company. We're here to be the best and be unique." With that conviction, he led the commercial transformation that took us past that goal months ahead of schedule.

His secret isn't just ambition, it's systems. Alejandro documented and implemented what we internally know as "the 7 steps" –a commercial methodology that turned chaos into process, talent into predictable results. But his true superpower is moving people. As he says: "I can take someone good and make them excellent." And he's proven it, building a commercial team that operates on three non-negotiable pillars: Hunger (always go for more), Emotional Intelligence (understand the team and the customer), and Humility (team first).

In Africa, he learned the concept of "ubuntu" –I am because we are– and turned it into the central philosophy of our commercial team. In an industry known for egos and toxicity, Alejandro built something different: a team that competes fiercely in the market but collaborates internally. He uses what he calls his "alter ego" in critical meetings –that unstoppable version of himself– but when it's over, he returns to being the leader who puts the team first.

His journey reflects his nonconformist DNA. Engineer from U de Chile who always hated the status quo. He went through Betterfly when they were 30 people, developed new business areas at Wild Foods, always looking to build, not just execute. At Vambe he found the perfect playground for his vision: not optimizing what exists, but reinventing how revenue is done in Latin America.

"I'm here because I know it's the place where I can develop in the best way, challenge myself daily, and learn. My goal is simple but ambitious: to become the best commercial team in the world. I didn't come to Vambe to meet quotas. I came to build a growth machine that has no comparison in the market."
